If Item is Damaged or Defective item UPON DELIVERY:
 

• Damage or defect upon DELIVERY MUST be reported Within 5 Days, No Exceptions.


• Create a Problem Report via the Contact Us Page and upload a picture of the damage or defect. A return may be required. Customer must pay for return shipping of item to us as we will return ship the exchanged or replacement item to you at no cost. Customer service will advise on next steps if you wish to return for refund.

• Continental U.S. Ground orders placed before 10:00 am CST Monday through Friday will usually ship within 1-2 Business Days


• Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship through the Post Office and may take additional time to process


• Orders weighing between 1 and 9 pounds will be delivered to the local post office through the UPS system, and then be delivered through the post office. (This is called "UPS SurePost").


• Orders of 10 pounds or more will remain in the UPS network.


• We currently only ship domestically.


• Please allow a few extra days for Airmail shipments to be processed (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses)
